JFK's birthday is 5/29 and Camelot was strongly identified with the Kennedy administration - after the assassination, in particular. The story of idealism brought down by human weakness is probably even more appropriate in light of the revelations about the behind the scenes activity at the Kennedy White House |

Scott was an endlessly inventive composer and musician. His early recordings with the Raymond Scott Quintette (made between 1937-39) were licensed by Warner Brothers, where they ended up in Stallings' scores along with other material, original and borrowed. |
